LOCATION
YSS is situated in 26 acres of woodland set in the midst of farmland and well away from main roads. A selection of supermarkets, other shops, restaurants and fast food outlets are available within 4 miles. Hull city centre is just 5 miles away. The Humber Bridge is about 16 miles away for easy access from the south. The historic town of Beverley with its ancient Minster, parts of which date back to the 10th century, is just 7 miles away. Hull is a major port and the North of England’s gateway to Europe with a regular ferry service to the continent. Hull also houses the Deep; the worlds first Submarium, the main tank being 10 metres deep. The ancient city of York is 35 miles to the north west. Also within an hours motoring are the North Yorkshire Moors. The famous Yorkshire dales are a little further and start at around 70 miles from Hull. Coastal resorts are within an hours drive 0f the club.
